TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a photography session with Magic Vision Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Jewellery: Jewellery is not included in any photography package. Jewellery rental is available at an additional charge of ₹500.
Garden & Location Entry Fees: Garden or location entry fees are not included in the package price. All applicable garden charges, location fees, and per-person entry fees must be paid separately by the customer.
Booking Advance: A ₹500 advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The booking amount is non-refundable. However, if the session is postponed or cancelled, the amount may be adjusted toward another photoshoot, subject to availability.
Soft Copies Only: All photography packages include soft copies only. Albums, photo prints, frames, and other hard copies are available at an additional cost.
Full Payment Before Delivery: Photos will be delivered only after the full payment for the selected package and any additional services has been received.
Edited Photo Delivery: Edited photographs will be delivered within approximately 10–12 working days after the customer completes the photo selection.
Costume Rental: Saree and maternity gown rental facilities are available. Additional costume rental charges may apply depending on the selected outfit or requirement.
Child Makeup: Makeup for children is not included in the photography package. If required, it will be charged separately.
Photo Data Backup: Your photos will be securely backed up by us for 60 days from the date of delivery. After this period, maintaining a backup of the photographs will be entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Parking: Open parking is available near the studio. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk. Magic Vision Photography will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings kept inside them.
Accompanying Persons: Only one accompanying person is permitted inside the studio, except in the case of the husband, wife, and child participating in the photoshoot.
Mobile Photography & Videography: Personal mobile photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the studio during the photoshoot.
Additional Photo Editing: Any extra photo editing, retouching, or additional edited photographs beyond those included in the selected package will be charged separately.
Personal Belongings & Valuables: Customers are requested to take proper care of their gold jewellery, mobile phones, cash, bags, and other valuables. Magic Vision Photography will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of personal belongings.
Multiple Photoshoots & Waiting Time: We may conduct multiple photoshoots simultaneously or within overlapping time slots. Therefore, some waiting time may be required, and complete privacy or exclusive use of the studio cannot be guaranteed.
By confirming your booking and making the advance payment, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions of Magic Vision Photography.
